In addition to our Quality Manager, each operator is responsible for complete conformance to customers’ print specifications. Spinweld boasts a complete friction welding and CNC machining quality control laboratory for examination and evaluation. We conduct superficial hardness ultrasonic flaw detection. Destructive, nondestructive, and/or dimensional evaluation are performed upon customer request to validate weld integrity and weld parameters. Quality control measures range from R&D to initial start up, periodic sampling, and/or end-of-run.
